How do I sign in?
TLC Academy has no passwords. Enter your email on the sign-in page and open the secure link we send you, in the same browser. Staff also confirm a code from an authenticator app.
How do I join a programme?
Open a programme from the catalogue and choose an offer. Free programmes start immediately. For paid programmes you place an order; your place is confirmed when payment is received.
My organisation invited me. What happens to my information?
When you accept an institutional invitation you are told exactly what your organisation can see: your enrolment status, progress, attendance, completion and certificate status. It cannot see your answers, marker comments or support conversations.
How is completion decided?
Each programme version has published completion rules, such as completing mandatory activities, passing assessments or attending live sessions. Opening pages alone never completes a programme.
How do I check a certificate?
Use Verify a certificate with the verification ID printed on it, or scan its QR code.
